They are available in three different types. Magnetically-operated diaphragm dosing pumps are good for small amounts. Chlorine swimming pools, for example. Motor driven diaphragm dosing pumps and three phase pumps are good for a consistent flow. Mixing chemicals with water or adding it to concrete, for example.  Piston dosing pumps are for high pressure requirements. They consist of motor and attached pumps. The pumps can be made of various materials based on the type of liquid they process. For example, PP plastic to pump corrosive liquids, rust-free steel for pumping solutions of PVDF plastic to pump strong chlorine. Specific pumps are available to deliver tough liquids like syrup or paint. The liquid only touches the hose and does not come in contact with metals. Its tight seals make it leak-free and safe from contamination. The pumps can perform suction of 8 meters and lift up about 27 meters. They are available with a control system for accurate doses of liquid.
